Well, I've thought of posting here, seeing so many talents well equipped with the Japanese language here. Anyway, I'll speak straight to the point, Aero Subs (http://aerosubs.net) is currently doing these series as stated below, but short of translators, or rather translation checkers. Basically, requirements are just to have a good knowledge of the Japanese language and able to check the translation script against the audio to ensure that the line is properly translated.
