| has anybody seen Paprika by Satoshi Kon? Didn't knew of this until Attack Of The Show featured it in one of their segments about Japan. The movie was released 2 years ago. That AOTS eps must have been a rerun from '06. |

i have... Gotta say this is one of the most imaginative stuffs i've ever seen... And i like hirasawa susumus's songs as well, so i'd say this movie is a good stuff |

If you like this, you should check out the rest of Kon's works. He is an amazing director and has yet to produce something that is bad. Paprika, is by far one of his most impressive looking works, but if you want an even better story you should check out Perfect Blue or Paranoia Agent. |

I've seen it, like, 6 months ago. I think it's a very good anime movie. The animation's great. The plot's good. And, a fat nerd got the chick everyone's so crazy about? I'd say that's an A+ :D

Seen it a long while ago and I must say... is very different from the usual anime. Definately not for kids(due to nudity and violence??) but is kinda tough to understand what is really going on. But I love the graphics and the music though the plot is not so much to my liking (I hate dreams that looks like they are repeating themselves... they are scary...)  |

=D I saw it~ Awhile ago actually. I've seen all of Satoshi Kon's movies, and I say I'd personally have to rank it second after Millennium Actress. The graphics on Paprika were pretty awesome though, especially the parade scenes. But yeah, I'd have to agree a bit with Engel. I didn't find the plot as gripping as other works. |

Yes, Millenium Actress Chiyoko ~Sennen Joyuu, I think it's Kon's best work. The worst would be Tokyo Godfather coz it sucks!

Hahaha! It seems that Paprika is a sort of spice/seasoning.... though I've no idea what it taste like. |
