If it's used in the anime, then yes (I think).
Also provide a reliable and valid source to prove the song's info, etc.etc.

You may only request the song if it appears in the anime as per the request rules. If the lyrics aren't in Japanese, it is still okay to request so long as that is how it is played in the "original" version.

An example of an english version that doesn't work: Quiet Night by Lacus Clyne (Rie Tanaka) via the english dub. The song "Shizukana Yoruni" was in Japanese in the original so the dubbed version isn't acceptable even though this "english version" appears in the "anime". The same goes for any "dubbed" version of an anime song (cringe at the One Piece 4kids OP dub).

Another example of an english version that doesn't work: Danzai no Hana ~Guilty Sky~ by Riyu Kosaka. While the english version is on the single, it never once appeared in the anime and thus it has never been added to the database.

An example of an english version that works: You Are My Love in Tsubasa Chronicles. I don't remember exactly which episodes but both a Japanese and English version was featured in the anime and of course it was accepted.

Hope that helps.
