inspired from this thread; http://gendou.com/forum/thread.php?thr=12693 well anybody around you that you think is hating or uninterested in anime but in fact really like it? for me, i guess i haven't seen anyone like that, but i want to know is everybody have someone like that?  |

I don't get why people bad mouth anime for. For every person that have bad mouth anime in my presence, I always know one thing that I can talk about back at them: music-related, movie-related, etc. Though personally, I'll openly admit I love anime in front of anyone, well, not really, but everyone knows I watch it a lot anyways and I'm not ashamed of it. Mostly ALL my friends from school ar not into anime, not even a little. Though I know a few that have watched a few, mostly obvious hits on Adult Swim: Cowboy Bebop, GITS, etc. My one friend (senior-graduated) even recognized a picture of Kanti from FLCL when I was browsing around some other forum in school before. I think one of my good friends knows more, an average anime fan anyways. Watches subbed anime, knows a few titles that aren't so obvious, etc. It's cool when we talk about anime. For people who hate anime but actually like it inside, can't really imagine someone I know. It's almost obvious you can tell who watches it at school (I'm probably the biggest hint). ^_~` Though the most unexpected people who might be into it might be "gangster" people. :P I pretty much know everyone in my school now, 'cept the upcoming freshman, so I can scout out the anime craving fans. XD

This guy named Bon in my Bio Honors class. He loves cards. I have yet to beat him at Egyptian War... And... me, I guess. At school, I'm kind of considered the smart girl. [I slack off most of the time though..] Most people don't think I would watch stuff like that. |

I haven't met anyone who I would assume to hate anime at all. Actually, people pretty much either like it, don't care about it (as in don't like or hate it at all), or have no clue what anime is.  mmmmmmmmmmmm....... |
