i believe its like december. i started playing the jp version and its soo much better than persona 3. i havent gotten to the compendium yet but going into the TV world the first time creeped me out.but i miss my favorite persona messiah and thanatos, they should let us load the compendium from p3.  |

To sum it up: Persona is about a highschool student who finds he has a 'power' to stay consious during 'the dark hour', a time when monsters called shadows appear. If you can do this, you have something called a persona inside you, a thing that defeats shadows and just plain kicks major ass. the student, AKA you, the player has to work with team mates to defeat them in one year and stuffs. You have to meet people, create different types of relationships, etc. along with fighting. Anyway, I can't wait for the release. I want to get it ASAP~

Thats to sum up persona 3.This is for the 4th one: It still takes place in a high school.But in a more rural place.And instead of the 'dark hour' and the gigantic structure known as 'tartarus',battles take place right after school whenever its raining(I think) and you fight inside...A TV...Oh..Instead of 'Evokers'(Guns they used in P3 to summon personas),you use...Glasses...But its still kick ass!!! |

I just bought the english version today to understand what they are talking about. first of all : VOICE ACTING SUXX!!! wow chie sounds bad, that lamo sensei is crack voiced. etc. and i dont like nanako's voice its horrible. I actually want my jap voicing back so im playing the jp version again to hear its angel voicing! i think the only voice that sounds good is probably the school intercom in the beginning. and teddy's voice isnt as annoying than the jp vers. Its funny how the teacher keeps saying A**hole hahaha i still like the game its cool. i also bought the book so i can get the stats for the right choices hehe. I like persona 3 too. cause its fun being a skool kid in the big city. but now its the cool kid in the small town. I read in a game magazine they said p4 was about kids being nerds that is sooo rude i bet they never played p3. Guess wat i heard theyre re printing p2! for ps1 cause ppl complained too much that they never got their copy. its like 820 US dollars cause its soo rare but now theyre 60 bucks but for a ps1 game thats too much for my wallet. |

isn't it Atlus =_= newho i would so love to play persona 4 but as stupid as i was to get rid of my PS2 i won'tr be able to try it's glorifulness @ all yes i kno, sux bad for me but i'll be wit u guys... in spirit

I actually got used to the dubbing, and I don't think it's all that bad, it's not great either though, so I guess you could call it average. The game plays awesome. @D.O: Oddly enough, Square-Enix is responsible for Distribution in Europe. |

Square-Enix + Atlus?..Hmm..Not a bad combination.I just hope they'll use the PS3 for the next Persona Game :D |

I doubt that the next Persona game will come out on any of the current generation systems, at least not while they are still popular, considering that there was a 4 year gap between P1 and P2, and then an 7 year gap between P2 to P3. I was surprised to P4 come out so soon. Plus Atlus seems to be busy working on other spin-off series, and then who knows when the next Main SMT game is going to come out. So....yeah. @Kenji: lol it's not like they're joining long term, they seem to just be responsible for getting the game to Europe and that's it. However, I don't know every detail so I could be off. |

ya theyre getting ready for their online game to kick off called SMT imagine or something. it looks cool i might try it out but beta was closed. i hope persona never goes to Ps3 cause ill hate it if they go 3D i like it the way it is. but it would be nice to have a compendium of over 600 monsters maybe like all the personas ever created ?? id like all of the main personas |
