Any Terry Pratchett/Discworld fans? ^^;

Hello! Any fans of the Terry Pratchett/Discworld books? ...Anyone? He's not too well known in the U.S. ._.; However, in England, he was the best selling author before J.K. Rowling... and the most shop-lifted ^^; Anyway, he's one of my favoriteee authors. His books are witty, intelligent, and have great characters ^^; |

I had never read any Discworld titles but was familiar with them from my stint working at a bookstore. A friend of mine who is a Pratchett fan gave me the first few Discworld books in audio format, spoken by Nigel Planer. I was hooked right from the start and I'm still working through them, hanging on every word. I've laughed out loud more than a few times, something I can't say about many writers. When I'm done with these audiobooks I plan on getting as many Discworld hardcovers as I can find. LONG LIVE RINCEWIND, TWOFLOWER AND THE LUGGAGE! |
