death: normal or abnormal
|
Couldn't think of a good title. Anyways, as a person who watches the news (evreday of her life) I start seeing bad things happening a lot. I'm sure it's just the media overdoing it but stil. People have already died of atomic bombs, war, and stuff. So I know i'm getting a little anxious cause i want to die normal. Like die like a normal human who dies naturally. Not to some bad horrible accident. Anyone else just as axious about it? |

the news are depressing. and fear/thoughts/anxiety concerning death: this is the type of thing that can eat you from the inside out. i assure you that you're not alone in being anxious; and i can guarantee you that everyone has thought about death at one point, be it their own death or someone else's. unfortunately, there are suicidal/masochistic people out there who do wish for their own gruesome death, but keep in mind that they do not have a normal way of thinking. a natural death at a ripe, old age sounds like a dream in times of war. however, to quote Fullmetal Alchemist (I'm such an anime nerd): "A dream that will not come true is not a real dream." basically, let's keep hoping that we will die old and at peace, because it CAN come true Hakuna Matata, and STOP WORRYING ABOUT DYING WHEN YOU'VE PROBABLY GOT A FEW DECADES LEFT IN YA'! |

Death is normal. It's a part of the cycle. Doesn't matter if the cause of death is old age, suicide, car accidents or freak accidents... death is normal. Abnormal death is just a heightened expression, I guess it's up to the individual to rate the scale of death. News nowadays are terrible--- not just the Iraq bombings, even in the streets of UK and Ireland are facing a bunch of young knife-wielding troublemakers. I won't be surprised that the youths today see death as fascinating... due to the overexposure to media. |

death is normal because you are a being.. which means you live.. and therefore sooner or later you'll die.. but death is abnormal in anything that has no life coz they will not going to experience it.. |

when it happens it happens you know. cant really stop it from happening. then there is the butterfly effect that might happen. the chaos theory takes place and then all those around you will start dying. so what ever happens, happens... |

wey...in my opinion death is normal...and as far as im concerned it should happen more often for humans.why do i say that?because i stood back and watch humans decay this planet more than i can stand...just look on the bright side: with no humans theres no one left to care when the world ends, how it ends and what will happen after>:) 仙水 |

Rather ironically, c'est la vie. Living is dying and all that jazz. How you die is merely a matter of timing and location. I know I won't fret about kicking the bucket, not now, not then. I guess I'm a romantic when I think that death is just another adventure. |

Death was scary in the past. Death of one person haunted the entire town. Now it is normal. So normal that it's flowing like the river. In the future, it will lose its significance. Guess it sounds scary..XD An abnormal death won't surprise me now that my eyes are full of it from all those media exposure. @_@ |

Death is something that people can not really understand, so they handle it like what they already know. I mean, 'life after death', and so on. It is so simple. We imagine ourselves as glowing pictures of ourselves which can fly through a wall. In my opinion: if you die, it ends. No visions, no judgment, no consciousness, no feelings, nothing to see or hear or feel. However, we are scared of death. We don't know what I have just written up there, we just see people suffering -before- they die, so we consider death as something painful. Also, we miss the person who dies, so we believe that the world will be an -empty- space. It is like a badly written article in the newspaper or a report with some false information which we learn by heart, and we can never forget about it. Even if we want. And we should. |

deathis normal, has to happen and it does. I would think most people would rather die naturally than in some abnormal death unless it was less painful than normal I ahve no problem with death the only thing that would make me anxious about it is it being painful. Death it self I doubt is painful - after all you're dead but dying in a painful manner. Life is painful enough dying shouldn't be >_> |

Well, you know, everybody dies. It's a certainty once you're given birth. It's just a question of how, when and where.

Death is something everyone has to experience. It's simply the way life is, you live with a purpose and die with a purpose, sooner or later... "...for dust you are and to dust you shall return" |

everything that "alive" will feel "death", normal. we will die too but just how, when and where we will die. someone said to me " just reach your dream as you will never die, and pray to God as you will die tomorrow" |

death is the counter part of life... its a phenomenon that happens just like giving birth. if you're anxious about dying "not normal"... you better do your best to die normal.. or just take my advice- EMBRACE YOUR DEATH! if its your time to die, then just die. dont act like those characters in some "horror movie" that they "cheat death"... no one can do that... unless its really your time to die... another advice... if you are afraid of dying, do the things you want to accomplish before you die, ASAP! As Soon As Possible atleast after accomplishing those things you can die and you can have a clear mind.... HAPPY DEATH! -the grim reaper |

Whatever will be, will be. Well, death is really normal thing that everyone would face someday. No one can live immortal, right? Like every lives in this world, they born and yet die too. No one want to die either normal way or abnormal, but who know? Who will know how much time he can stay on this world, no one. Maybe today, tomorrow or the day after? Once I watched "1 Rittoru no Namida" (also know as 1 Litre of Tears, or A Diary with Tears) In the first chapter, Haruto (hero) told to Aya (heroine), even it's kinda without kindness... It's still true... "Don't you think that humans are greedy? Animals and plants know their life from the time they're born. Humans are only the greedy one, who want to live longer."

to me its normal death is something you should look forward too, the way you die is a different thing entirely. if its cut up, abnormal. if its old age normal. you know stuff like that. my god i am still having flash backs of my first, second, and thired near death experience. it was scary as hell!. i felt like i was in a pit of fire and burning for years when it was only hours. my fave quote i ever said was "When death is near, do not fear. As time pass by, later on we all will die" :P |
