well, i was just getting bored of naruto, so i was wondering what anime people think that are cool. i like fighting, magic, romance(and there is nothing wrong about a guy who likes romantic animes!!!). so far i like s cry ed and maburaho.   |

I'd say Inuyasha,lot of fighting, and some magic, with timetravel, magic swords, and demons. Also Ranma 1/2, a bit old, but it's funny, about a boy who turns into a girl when splashed with cold water, and back when splashed with hotwater. his dad turns into a panda, and other people turn into various things, including pigs, cats, and ducks. Lots of martial arts. Samurai Deeper Kyo, about samurai, set in a world sort of like 1600s Japan, but with some magical elements. And hippies (well, only one). It's about Kyo, who is stuck in Kyoshiro's body when hit by a meteor while fighting (in the anime.) Lots of fighting, since they're samurai. Trinity Blood, it's sci-fi, set 1000 years in the future, with vampires, and a "Crusnik", a vampire that sucks the blood of other vampires. The world seems to revolve around the vatican, but I still like it despite not being Christian. There's fighting, and possibly romance, but it's unclear at the end of the anime, so wouldn't call it romance. Death Note, about a bored genius high-schooler who finds a notebook called a "Deathnote", where whoever's name you write in it will die. Has Shinigami in it (who like apples). And Goth Loli clothes. Some gun fighting. And one sided romances. And a person with a god complex. Bleach, about a highschooler who can see ghosts. One day an evil ghost, called a hollow attacks his family, and he borrows the powers of a soul reaper (originally Shinigami in Japanese) named Rukia to protect his family. He keeps fighting them while Rukia regains her powers, while living in his closet. Lots of fighting. Maybe romance, but the series is still continuing, so unsure. Ouran High School Host Club, about a girl disguising herself as a boy at a really elite school so she can work as a host in the school's host club, in return for breaking an expensive vase. Sort of romantic... I guess... Although a lot of it is fake... Those are what I can think of now.

Someone else mentioned Ranma 1/2 which is excellent. It's really long but it recently started to come out in slimpak sets which are pretty cheap as far as anime goes. Fushigi Yugi is also really good, which has time travel, romance, martial arts, magic powers, etc. Ceres Celestial Legend is also really good. And Rozen Maiden!

[@vietboi] I got like the first 16 episodes of Negima!? directly or so, then the rest I had to torrent. Even today, only a single fansub has subbed this series so far, but the only thing bad about it, is that they take a long time to release a single episode. I also recommend getting both the OVAs. They're both quite fun, relaxing, and very cute to watch. If you haven't yet, I'd also check out the Shakugan no Shana series. There are two seasons that are fully out and subbed, they shouldn't be hard to find, and there will most likely be a third season. You can take some time to finish up both before the third season comes out.

I'd recommend Wolf's Rain It is about four wolves trying to reach paradise in a dying world There is a lot of action Spice and Wolf there is romance and other things Two of my favourite series

well i took all of ur animes and i did watch some of the episodes. i do got 5 questions and 2 suggestions though. 1st question is why is it so hard to find negima!? english subbed!!!! 2nd question is is there any more funny and magical animes. 3rd question is if there is a site were i can watch negima!? english sub do u mind posting that link? 4th question is were do u people here about new animes that are comming out?(i am a bit jealous!) 5th question is what do OVA stand for? 1st suggestion is WATCH SPICE AND WOLF FOR ROMANTIC FUN. (that's how i see it) 2nd is WATCH Shakugan no Shana series IT IS SO COOL AND ALOT OF ACTION!! |
