Injuring the enemy is the start of killing them slowly and brutaly pls torture them first to gather info. Do it regularly it helps.

rofl, talk about dumb questions now. I doubt Orochimaru can have a gender. He's more like... an "it" to me, or a "thing" at times. I don't get how he's related to Anko, such a hottie, Anko. O.o` It'd be horrific to see Orochimaru in your grade school year book. XD

It's from 4chan, there's nothing more to understand. According to lurkmore.com, "Originally a DeviantArt comment inviting someone to join a Pokemon usergroup, introduced to /b/ with a flurry of Mudkip images. Used freely as "so i herd u like *"." It's 4chan humor, which is to say, very nonsensical, but still funny.
