| i am looking for a new anime to watch but i dont know much of what is out there. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good ones. I was looking for something with lots of magic and fantasy elements or somethign like that. Any recommendations?? |

Well if you like "Magical" animes, then you should try Zero no Tsukaima 1 and 2.  |

Try I agree on this two watch those three you'll love it specially maburaho and zero no tsukaima season 2 ...
Injuring the enemy is the start of killing them slowly and brutaly pls torture them first to gather info. Do it regularly it helps.

Try Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha, A's and Strikers (There are all Nanoha's) and yea i like those 3 too ^^

Zero no Tsukaima (season 1&2) Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha ( A's and StrikerS included) Negima?! and this is more supernatural than magical but i highly recommend Shigofumi
I clean j00r house and pwn j00r nubs all at the same time.

I'd say Inuyasha, not so much magical, but definately fantasy, with timetravel and demons. Also Ranma 1/2, a bit old, but it's funny, about a boy who turns into a girl when splashed with cold water, and back when splashed with hotwater. his dad turns into a panda, and other people turn into various things, including pigs, cats, and ducks. Lots of martial arts. Samurai Deeper Kyo, about samurai, set in a world sort of like 1600s Japan, but with some magical elements. And hippies (well, only one). Trinity Blood, it's sci-fi, set 1000 years in the future, with vampires, and a "Crusnik", a vampire that sucks the blood of other vampires. The world seems to revolve around the vatican, but I still like it despite not being Christian. Death Note, about a bored genius high-schooler who finds a notebook called a "Deathnote", where whoever's name you write in it will die. Has Shinigami in it (who like apples). And Goth Loli clothes. Bleach, about a highschooler who can see ghosts. One day an evil ghost, called a hollow attacks his family, and he borrows the powers of a soul reaper (originally Shinigami in Japanese) named Rukia to protect his family. He keeps fighting them while Rukia regains her powers, while living in his closet. Those are what I can think of now.

New series? anything? If you want a mecha, watch Gurren Lagann if you haven't already, and then watch Gundam X (it's old but good). If you want a shounen with a new taste, try Nabari no Ou or Shakugan no Shana. And yes, I consider Shana a shounen show, just in disugise. It's a very good shounen show though at least.
