Well as for bittersweet romance I would recommend 5 centimeters per second but comedy I guess that ain't really included in that xP  |

Honey and Clover tops my list! There's comedy, bittersweet romance and a slice of college life in the eyes of 5 people. Nana and Nodame Cantabile are worth trying too. others worth trying: Lovely Complex Ouran High School Host Club midori no hibi Special A Furuba Kare Kano Shuffle |

Hayate no Gotoku (my fav) Clannad is good, but it gets mopey/weepy kinda Kanon(it gets sad,but its still really good) Midori no Hibi
I clean j00r house and pwn j00r nubs all at the same time.
