Mouse over "Forum" at the top of the site, go to edit profile, then use <img src="http://www.linkofyourpic.com/pictitle.ext"> to put in an image. It has to be on a website, I suggest going to someplace like www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com to upload your pictures.
