I found the ending song for Neo Angelique Abyss but it is currently not requested as the release date is in June. Can I upload it or must I wait for the release date?

Wait till June , then you can put up a request for the song (or wait for anyone to put up a request for it) and upload it . It's very much stated in the rules ^^ . |
