yea i see a lot of wall papers on d net.

And i was wondering how to make one.

u know wid all of d designs they call "Flares" dont know how to.

if anyone out there that has some time plz reply.

ok so juz tell me how did this happen (background color)
what tools were used? how did it happen?

NOTE: I DIDN'T MAKE/OWN DIS WALLPAPER DIS WAS MADE BY TENO HIKARI FROM D WEBSITE SEED MODE ON.

I think it was done on Photoshop. Most wallpapers are editted using PS.

I'm not sure how that's done though.... if I were to do that, I would use the gradient tool and add in some shadings, then add in the lines with a pen tool. I use PS but I never do proper backgrounds so.... ^^;

i use photoshop to make mine
one of my favourites one that i design is with strike and aegis
anyone know any sites where i can distribute it? :P

That kind of background doesn't look hard to make at all. Simply looks like an abstract design of colours in the back, with the use of the cloud filter, then simply the use of radial blurs. Well, in theory that is a possible way of creating such an effect.
