| I read in the rules that we are not allowed to request these, but can we upload them even though no one requested them? |

nah dude they must be on the request list for you to upload them ^^  Part of the new age Gendou RP veterans: Kira, Rukia, KM Revolution, Smoker, Avian, L, and Ryu. |

If it's in the rules, do you really need to ask? What do you expect me to say? "Oh, oops, that rule was just a typo!" What the hell? No.
