Can't Download At All !

So I just recently tried to download a song, and the 'You must wait 10 seconds between downloads' page came up. So, I waited, and tried to download again. The page came up AGAIN, and I gained an additional warning. Mind you, the window that normally pops up that asks you if you want to save the file did not show up; all I got was the warning page, and I haven't been able to download anything. Anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it? D: |
