Unable to Vote on Requested Songs

I've searched the forums and the Help/FAQ, but I can't find any information regarding my recent problems with voting on requested songs. Every time I try to vote for a song, I get the message, "Access Denied." I was just wondering if this is a permanent thing or temporary. I have a feeling this is happening because of my warnings for requesting songs that aren't out yet. Sorry about that, by the way. Does anyone have information about my problem? Thank you! |

Each level earned gives you one vote to cast on a song in the request list. When the song you voted for is removed, you may re-use the vote. You may, of course, take back votes if you wish. | Yes, that is correct. When I try to use those other 2 request votes though, I get the "Access Denied." message. |
