I've got this problem since a month ago...It's like this..once in a while, usually occurs every 40 minutes on average, this dialogue box pops out: And after I've clicked on "Don't send". Everything hangs and stop operating. Which means I have to restart my computer all over again. Is there any other way to solve this problem besides reinstalling Windows XP? I've considered if it was virus as well but after running a test with AVG with the latest update there's nothing wrong with my comp... I'm baffled. And very fed up of restarting the comp every 30 minutes. Hope that anyone of us can help me, thanks. |

Hmmm.. how bout reinstalling it, but on upgrade option. By that, all your Windows files will be replaced with new and working files, and your files are still there. Intact. If the same thing happens, better backup your files and do a clean format and reinstall it. |

Hm, I don't know much about SYSTEM, but I just googled the error and found: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894391 Which very likely will resolve your problem without formatting the computer. looks like you need to download the hotfix at link below "Resolution" for your "Windows XP"

Thanks for the help!! Haha but now I got one new question - how to check my OS whether it's running 32 bits or 64 bits? XD. Cuz I need to know which one it is to download... Edit: Okay nevermind, I just selected the 32bits and installed it...so far the dialogue box didnt pop up anymore...so I *think* it's fixed...THANKS again for THE HELP! You're all life-savers! |
