How do you say "I will not give up" in Japanese...

What's the difference between akira, akiramenai, akirameru...Does all of this have something to do with the word "give/give up?"

And what is the difference between Ittemairimasu and Ittekimasu. Are they the same...
So what will be you respond when a person say this to you. (Ittemairimasu/Ittekemasu)

Thank you.

Akirameru is the verb for giving up, the rest are just conjugations, so the polite form is arimamemasu, and the negatives are akiramenai and akiramemasen. You can say it without specifying the person I(watashi wa akirameru) because it is usually implied someone is referring to themselves when they only say a single verb.
As for "itemairu", which is written with only one T, it's a verb i think you'll only ever see in anime like tenjho tenge and others xD, it has the same meaning of "ite kimasu" in this context, and literally means "i'll be leaving and coming back" (iku is the verb "to go", and kuru, "to come"), the usual response is "iterasshai", something along the lines of "travel safely".
