I keep getting e-mails

When I last checked my inbox, I had 15 new e-mails O.O About 13 of them were from this site saying the same thing, that I needed to sign in and everything. About 3 mins ago I got like 2 more and so I finaly logged back out. No I don't have 15 accounts here >.< Help?

sorry sorry that was my bad! i apologize about that, there was some kind of glitch and it sent out a dozen times instead of the intended ONE time. once again, sorry about that.
