There is an anime i'm watching that i think deserves to go onto a video dvd to play on my big screen. They are AVI files. I used to use Nero a long time ago but they seemed to have removed the "Make a Video DvD" option :( all that they have is "make a DVD video" which requires the files to be a vob/something similiar format. I've searched up different converters and burners then downloaded them. I tried some AVI converter thing, and the crack no longer worked. Tried Cheetah dvd burner, and it keeps going on about codecs (even though i installed an up to date codec), and i've tried Cucosoft converter to change them into VOB files but the quality was TERRIBLE. So anyone who can help me please do! i'm sure i can stumble across the solution eventually, but i'd rather know what to download straight away, as all this downloading is bad for my computer. I'm desperate guys!!

chobits: i've tried to download cheetah but somehow the crack thing or the installation has been blocked by my norton because it said something about spyware ... got others? ^^;; |

I think i'm going to try to get roxio project selector, but i don't think it will work because it's so popular that they're bound to have beaten all the cracks. Does anyone know of a GOOD quality converter for AVI files? or in adeline's case rmvb files?

err did ya tried using Nero VisionExpress? conversion using third party converters yeah quality sucks real time.  |

got it all sorted guys, got a copy of convertXtodvd it converts well and burns it straight away, as well as giving you options on a menu (although there aren't many options, mainly just a title, back ground and fonts). But i tried it out the quality is good; in sync and everything ^^

yesterday i've asked someone about how to burn dvd since most DVD player can read encode AVI,so just change your files to AVI and burn into DVD by using the 'DATA DVD'(in nero express) i hope this would work... |
