problem with downloading songs lately

im not sure if this is the proper place for this, so bare with me for a few minutes. Apparently there are times when i download a from the site and the download just stops. As in the it says that the download is still going on but nothing is happening. for example, one time i was downloading ash like snow and i left my computer to download for over an hour or so, knowing that it would take only 5 mins to finish but when i checked it was still 5% and its been over an hour. Im not sure if its my internet or a bad connection to the server. Can someone help me with this. pls and thnx |
