You now must be logged into your forum account in order to download mp3s. This was implemented for a number of reasons, including lack of user donations and frequent theft of links. If i see a significant change in the amount of donations, i may choose to revert to the old system where anyone can download with or without an account. If you would like to voice your opinion on this change, please do so here.

I thought you always had to log in to download anything. o_o; Good idea, though. People stealing links is a bad, bad thing. I don't have any money that I can donate, but I'll do what I can to fill requests. ^^; Although I've only visited a couple of times, I really appreciate the work done to keep the site up and running. Thank you so much for the work you put into this. :) |

Now i wish i had taken my paypal money and donated when i had the chance (i spent it all on a one month subscription to otakuworld..sorry :/) I really like the selection and effort put into this site, and i think it's a good idea to have to login to download. keeps those sticky-fingered link snatchers away ^_~. anyway, next time i have some money, i'll be donating. thanks for keeping the music around Gendou :). |

I'm under 18, so just like Barako I cant reli donate >_< I do have a pretty large music collection tho....quite large >_> so i'll be fulfulling all the requests I can ^_^ keep up the good work ~ |

| Tru, it is a good idea but if u wont update it just because u aren't gettin donations, most people might just try to find somewhere else to download music. dont get me wrong, u have the BEST selection of anime music, but then again, i dont blame u for not wanting to keep posting music if you dont get anythin for it! who knows? maybe u'll get the donations you want, but then again, maybe you wont. good luck! |

I think it's a good idea to have people to log in to download. Same as Vanguard48 though, I'm under 18 so it's kind of hard to donate. But that's also really no excuse I suppose...... Anyways, I like the login-to-download idea. :) |

thank you all for your support, i am glad that its not too much of an inconvenience to you all. yes, uploading songs does help me out a lot, thank you to all the people who continue to help me out that way! sorry about the mailing list thing, i dont know why it sent out 11 times! O_o; im looking into it ^_^; everything has bugs at first...

I agree with everyone here: loging in will help you keep track of activity without seeming as if you're looming over the person's shoulder twenty-four seven. I seem to be in the same boat as a lot of other people, in the sense that I can't donate: yet. Maybe I'll try to convince my friends with the plastic money to donate! Until then--I have a lot of anime songs that aren't necessarily requests, such as the complete Wolf's Rain OST-2. So if you want me to upload those as well as any requested songs I come across, just give me a heads up. I'd love to do what I can!!

Heh. ^_^ I also have a huge MP3 collection. Heh. I admit, once I found your site, it increased a bit, but I did have a good collection going before then and I have quite a few not in your database. ^_^ I've already uploaded requested MP3s. Hehe. | to me personally ur site has been tha best thing since .....i donno its been tha best thing i hav come across in a long time, but from one college student to another i cant donate for 2 reasons one i gotta eat, and 2 i dont hav a credit card or a paypal account. i wish i did, cuz Dlin ur music was great during finals week. hope ya cut me some slack and keep up tha good work. oh yea, and i jus want to say if i find whos stealin links from gendou im gonna burn ya, enough said. thanx all who did donate and i'll see if i can find someone who can donate for me |

flashget? probably not, i do not know how flashget works. if it is unable to use cookies, it will not work. you have to be logged in to download, and you need to have cookies enabled to login, so flashget wouldnt be able to download unless it can use your cookies from internet explorer.

Well, I'd thought about it before, and if I want to support the site, I gotta dig deep. Every lil bit eh? Sadly, my donation will be measly (insert poor student type. Double that with Artist and ya get charity case). I've downloaded my share, and it's time I get to paying up ^_^ Here's hopeing the site profits from this move. As well as the site owner ;) p.s.: Gendou, love the sig file. I'm no math person (I'm guessing it's math and not programming) but I get the reference. Very nice. |

Oh my, I wish I could help with the donations, but... well, like a lot of us, I'm not 18 yet, so it's not that easy. I will, though, try my best with uploading whenever i see something on the request. Oh yea, and I know it was quite awhile ago that this request was made, but I have the Voices of a Distant Star soundtrack if anyone's interested. All I have to do now is figure out how to upload lol :P |
