If you donated with paypal or Amazon, you should have recieved an e-mail with the receipt info as well as sending you another letter once payment has cleared. If you used paypal, log on and look at your account history to make sure the payment to this site has gone through. If it has gone through and it does show that have not donated here, then I suggest emailing admin at gendou dot com with the info on the receipt, such as your item number and the such.
