this is the 2nd RP of mine. just enjoy the story guys ^^![]() Every 1000 years, mankind will be given a choice to choose their own fate… ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Tokyo, 2000 Spell War, a war to decide the fate of mankind. Every 1000 years, 1000 chosen humans are granted an ancient power called spell thus, they are called Spell Summoner. ‘Words are alive’, spell card were ancient words containing various mysterious power that sealed into a form of card. Those chosen humans who granted a Spell Sign, a sign as a proof that one has right and ability to use spell card, have to fight each other until one left. That survivor will be decide the fate of mankind. Those chosen humans fight and follow the rule of the war and at the same time, seek the truth behind their fate. Why they’re chosen as the spell summoner and trying to resolve the the mystery behind the spell war. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Detailed Description : Spell Card Spell card is a card that containing various ancient words with various magic power. Releasing spell card will make the summoner able to use and control that power. but the power will be depend on one’s will and power. there’s 3 type of spell card : - Elemental Card (Magic Type) Spell card that containing various elemental power. this type of card was a pure magic type. Releasing this card will releasing a magic spell and magic power inside that card and will be formed into various magic. Such as : “Fire Sign [Fire Ball]†then a fire ball will appear. Available Spell Sign : Basic Elements = Higher Level : - Fire Sign = Blazing Sign - Earth Sign = Raging Sign - Thunder Sign = Striking Sign - Water Sign = Wave Sign - Wind Sign = Sky Sign - Flower Sign (control/using plants) = Nature Sign Creation Elements : - Light Sign (control/using light) = One of the strongest spell, but using this will require high amount of magic energy also might cause extreme exhaustion. Some higher/highest level spell will need one spell sign. - Darkness Sign (control/using darkness/shadow) = Another strongest spell, using this spell can affect enemy mind and the user mind (ex : Darkness Sign [Ghastly Skull Raid] can cause damage to enemy body and mind) . Higher/highest level spell didn't require spell sign to activate the card, but could cause madness to the user. - Soul / Spirit Sign (control/using human spirit, ex : Spirit Sign [Soul Strike] = This is the strongest and the most dangerous spell (since it can cause instant death to the enemy/the user). Most of the higher/highest level spell will need 1-2 spell sign). - Materialize and Support Card (Non-Magic Type/Semi-Magic Type) Spell card that containing various kind of equip and things such as sword, spear, shield, places and things (like fortress, brick wall, etc), etc. releasing this card will materializing the contained weapon or things inside the card. Some of this card was a support card that used to increase the user’s ability. This type can use magic but it’s weaker than the elemental card type. The weapon, things or place can remain inside the border of duel as long as the user remain conscious or until the weapon break. Available Matrealize Type : - Weapon = All kind of weapon such as axe, sword, knife, etc. - Shield = Any kind of shiled. - Field = Create a space, building, structure, some elemental field (to increase an element's power), etc (ex : Forging Field [Pandemonium Maze]). - Item = Create things ,beside Field, Shield and Assault type, such as magical item or medical item and armor. - Supportive = Using magic to increase ability, decrease enemy ability, or healing. - Summon Card (Creature Type) This is a rare type of card. Card that sealing some creature inside it. But one user can only have up to 3 different creatures as their main creature. This type user will have some support card to support the creature too. This type can use magic but it’s weaker than the elemental card type. The creature will remain inside the Border of Duel even if the user lost his consciousness. Available Creature Type : - Ancient Creature : Ancient monsters / legendary monsters such as Cerberus, Chimaera, Cockatrice, etc. - Mystic Creature : Normal / common monsters that has no magic ability, ex : zombie, giant bat, soldier skeleton, etc. - Elementer : Monsters / guardian (humanoid) that able to control an element. But the power is weaker than elemental card type. - Heroes : Hero (Human). Ancient Japanese God/ Hero (like Orochi, Musashi, Benkei, etc) or ancient Norse / Greek Gods/Hero (like Loki, Hercules, Odin, etc). This is the rarest Creature Type but has the greatest magical / physical power (depends on who is the God/Hero) among all Creature type. The magical power of this type even surpass elemental card type, but using this card will cost one spell sign. Spell Sign Spell sign is a tattoo with various design that proof one have an ability and right to use spell card. There's 3 parts of the tatoo that will disapear when lost in fight/ died in a border of duel or summon a Hero Creature Type. If a spell summoner lost all parts of his spell sign, he will fall into coma until the war end. SoulKeeper Each of Spell Summoner have a partner called SoulKeeper. Spell Summoner and it's SoulKeeper bind by a contract, both of them have the same spell sign. SoulKeeper job is to watch over their Spell Summoner but their main role is they're the one who hold the soul of their Spell Summoner. if Soulkeeper of one Spell Summoner died, then that Spell Summoner will died too. The SoulKeeper is also a bet in Spell War. when Spell Summoner lost in battle 3 times and fall in coma, then the one who decide wheter he will stay alive or not was the winner of the war. (but even the Spell Summoner lost and fall in coma, the SoulKeeper will not affected and they job are to guard their spell summoner that has lost until the war end). SoulKeeper has the ability to detect other spell summoner near them (but it has to be very near, about 20 metre around them), detect Border of Duel when it's activated and break through the Border of Duel. SoulKeeper is a normal human. this is the list of what SoulKeeper can do : - SoulKeeper can detect another Spell Summoner but cant detect their Soulkeeper. the area is about 20 meter around them. but this ability depend on the SoulKeeper's abillity to control their power. - SoulKeeper can detect the presence of Border of Duel's existence. - SoulKeeper has some condition when entering the Border of Duel. 1- If SoulKeeper draged into the Border of Duel by another Spell Summoner, they will exist completely inside the border. that's mean they can die due Spell Summoner's magic and attack. (example : if some spell summoner activated Border of Duel near the soulkeeper (except his own SoulKeeper) then that soulkeeper will draged into the Border of Duel just like spell summoner) 2- if SoulKeeper come into the Border of Duel, then they will exist as a shadow or image (somewhat like holograpic image) that floating in the air. they can only be seen by their own partner. 3- SoulKeeper can break throught into the Border of Duel too, but that's mean they will exist completely inside the border. - SoulKeeper can break throught in and out the Border of Duel. but they ability to break out of the Border of Duel will be depend on the Border's owner's power. (there will be a risk that they will trapped inside the Border of Duel if they don't strong enough to break out) - SoulKeeper has ability to identified any spell, weapon, item, creature, spell summoner's type, level of power, etc inside the Border of Duel (this ability can only be used when they're inside the Border of Duel, both when exist as image or when exist completely. - If SoulKeeper died, then the Spell Summoner will die too. In spell card battle, there’s some unbreakable rules. - Border of Duel When spell summoners start a battle, they have 2 choices. (1) To set a Border of Duel, a spell card that will form a barrier or (2) To fight without using Spell Cards instead (well, it's logic that sometimes you have to to fight bare handedly, using normal gun, using knife or other normal kind of weapons....just don't overdo it. Remember that you are normal human). When the barrier is set, it will create a separate dimension and the time inside that barrier will be stopped and just the spell summoners that will be inside that barrier. Normal human wont realize it. Any damage inside that barrier wont caused any damage in the real world. Other spell summoner that still outside the border of barrier, can break into the barrier but that’s depend on how strong the barrier’s summoner. when Border of Duel are activated, then any Spell Summoner and SoulKeeper in 10 meter around the user will be draged into the Border. Inside the Border is a copy of the surrounding environment (such as building, tree, etc) and it's size is almost as big as 1 city. command to release Border of Duel : Border of The World, Realize! - Spell Cards only usable inside the Border of Duel. Outside the barrier, the cards are just like normal cards with no magical power. - It's impossible to actually 'kill someone or be killed' inside the Border of Duel. Since the damage on the spell summoner will disapear after the battle is over. - Spell summoner has 3 chance of life when battling inside the Border of Duel. When 1 died or almost died inside the barrier, one part their spell sign will be disappear (if one have three wings shaped spell sign, when he died one of the wings will be disappear) if the spell sign completely disappear, that spell summoner will be fall into coma until the war end. - After a spell card used or break, it will be turn into grey and back into the deck. It will be remain inside the deck until it’s power has back. The break time of one spell decided by the power of that card and the user’s power. - Some card can be used more than 1 times. But the bigger power that card has, the fewer it can be used. Example, you can use [Fire Ball] 5 times, but you can only use [Fire Blast] 3 times and [Dragon Blast] 1 time. - One creature card can only be used 1 time in 1 battle, when it’s break, it require 24 hour to recover. This rule work on equip or materialize card type. But you can summon as much as you want (but be rational, you can't just summon 100 high-level creature in one battle / in one time) as long you still have the same creature cards in the deck (remember, you can only have 3 different kind of creature. You can have, for example, 10 [Giant Bat] in one deck). - When releasing a spell card, use this format : *Element Sign [Spell name], ex : Fire Sign [Flame Wheel] *Supportive Sign [Supportive spell name] ex : Supportive Sign [Wind Walk] *Calling Creature Type [Creature name], ex : Calling Hero [Loki] *Forging Matrealize Type[Weapon name], ex : Forging Weapon [Gungnir Spear] - You can have up to 30 card inside your deck. But normaly it’s about 20 card. You can have many repetitive card but you can only have 1 card for each of your highest/strongest cards. Element's Order Fire = (+ Wood/Flower) (- water) Earth = (+ Wind) (- Wood/Flower) Thunder = (+ Water) (- Wind) Water = (+ Fire) (- Thunder) Wind = (+ Thunder) (- Earth) Wood/Flower = (+ Earth) (- Fire) Note: + means strong againts - means weak againts as you see, they divided as 2 group (the red and the gold one) those with the same colour means they strengthen each other when put in the same deck. (example : water can strengthen wood element) those with the same colour can be combined as a magic combo but of course it cost a very large amount of energy since you use 2 magic sign at the same time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rules for this RP : - A normal RP rules - No godding…remember, everyone has their weakness. - When battling with NPC (you can call it spell summoners other than player's characters), please be rational, don't just defeat so many NPCs just in one attack, except they are really weak. - Be rational, and remember, alhtough you are a spell summoner. Basically you are normal human. - Don’t control another person’s character; don’t just beat someone or kill some other character without their permission, just let him to decide how he will response your attack. - Please enjoy this RP slowly, don’t post too many in a day - If you have some idea that you want to tell me, please PM me instead. Don’t spoil it in your post. - Since this is a real world, please live as a normal human and please use the real place as the setting (at least, please use the real city such as Shibuya, Osaka, Hokkaido, etc) but you can make your own school or small city (please use japan language) - Even the SoulKeeper has the ability to detect please don't detect someone too far from your position. because it's not interesting right? He's a very easy going and lazy person. doesnt like doing something troublesome for him but strangely join in archery club. even he looks weak, mess and lazy, he's one of the best archer in Ichigaku High School, he's also a member of Art Club. Since he doesnt like something troublesome for him, he doesnt realy care about the Spell War. He often run away from the battle and avoid the other spell summoner. Spell Card= Spell Sign : located at his left shoulder. Shaped an abstract design of bird. Coloured black. ![]() Card Type : Elemental Card Element : Wind and Water Strongest Card : Sky Sign [Dance of Heavenly Bird] = Attack with a very strong wind cutter shaped a very big white bird made from high condensed wind energy that cut everything on it's way. using this spell will cost a large amount of magical power and caused a damage to it's user's own body. Sky Sign [White Feather Blaze] = Unleash a thousand feather around him that will turn into a small bird and controled them. using this spell will cost a large amount of magical power and when using this spell the user cant move from his position. Sky Sign [Thousand Blade of Typhoon] = Make 10 very strong wind chains that can cut everything come out from the user's fingers. this spell will cost a large amount of magical power. Wave Sign [Iron Maiden] = Unleash an area as well as attack of ice. turn the entire border of duel area into frozen wasteland (covered them with ice) and then turn the frozen ground into a thousand of ice blade and at the same time attack with icycle fall from the sky. this spell will require nearly 90% of user's magical power. Wave Sign [Last Song of The Blue Sea] = Unleash some high condensed huge spiral water spear at the enemy. using this spell will cost a large amount of magical power. He received his deck from his grandfather's death bed but didn't know the use of the cards until his grandmother told him of stories about wizards who fought with spell cards and participated in what they call a Spell War. He learned how to control the cards by himself but he doesn't really like to the idea of using the cards in a fight. Good at Aikido. Spell Sign: A black dragon coiling around his right arm.
