Computer restarts instead of shutting down

I had this problem for a very long time now and it's VERY annoying ;_; no matter what I do the computer just restarts itself--I tried the usual, "Turn off" button, even pressing the CPU power. It's all the same. anyone have an idea to fix this? thanks in advance~!  |

Your computer probably infected virus ,worm ,or malware . To solve the problem You have to update or install Security program. |

or you can just reload windows and have a clean slate but at the same time you will lose every thing on there so its just best to back up the important stuff then reload windows  |
