Harvest Moon is really such a unique game.. The only version i played was on the PS.. The Mineral Town thingy... Sadly, the game never came to the Xbox... ~somehow regret buying the console~ |

I've played and own several of the games in the series. Though the worst for control has to be A Wonderful Life. The rest were easy enough to lose yourself in. But however the first game in the series that I had was stolen. But one of these days, I might just track down a replacement copy. |

I played the GBA and PS 2 ones. I think it's rather boring, I prefer the Sims. |

Harvest Moon: STM for the PS2 didnt feel right... The old PS1 version (a port from the N64) was better... hopefully the new Harvest Moon: A wonderful life will be better than the first PS2 title and play as good as the PS1 title... Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

I agree with Lu Bu. Harvest Moon: Save The Homeland just didn't have that classic clean feeling to it. With the full 3D design, it seemed to complex. I think that Harvest Moon: Back To Nature for the PS1 is still the best. It was basically the same as the N64 version but with more festivals, seeds, and sub-games. If you want the full Harvest Moon experience, go with any of the following: SNES - Harvest Moon - $35 N64 - Harvest Moon 64 - $35-$50 PS1 - Harvest Moon: Back To Nature - $25-$40

Ok the one that I think is the best (including economicly) is the one for GBA but I had the most fun on the N64 believe it or not
