Hair detoxification? Never heard of that before! It seems like the only use for this sort of thing would be trying to pass a drug test. There are no "bad" chemicals in your hair, other than sweat, salt, and topical dirt. A good shampoo will get those out. If you want shiny hair, use conditioner. There would be no aesthetic or health benefit to this sort of procedure whatsoever.
