I was wondering if anyone remembers those two anime commercials - One was about Gundam Stardust (I think) and I am dying to remember the other one, but it was about a girl with a special necklace, and a boy with wings that told her something similar to "I'll be your wings"...I really wish I could remember the name of the anime! T_T All I know for sure is that the commercials for both anime's ran hand in hand most of the time. It has caused me many sleepless nights and sunless days (just kidding) and I was hoping if someone could help me. Thanks to all. From: A crazed lunatic -coloredflowers- ^_^ |

oh~lol.. hmm.. that's kinda hard to know cause too many similarities with other anime, so any other clues about the anime you're looking for? |

When did the commercials air? The first one that comes to mind is Escaflowne. |

like what miko said... there are already too much anime commercials out there with teh same "themes" hrm... erk.. too much anime flooding in mah mind... anymore hints or other details??? >.<;

The first is Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, and the second is Vision of Escaflowne. The fact that you remembered most of the Gundam series' title, coupled with the rough time frame in which they aired (Escaflowne aired up here in Canada roughly around the Stardust did in the states, I didn't know you got Escaflowne too...) Anyway, yeah, magic necklaces, dude with wings, rough air timeframe... it's a shoe-in for Escaflowne. It's a great show, by the way, I think I'm going to go downstairs and watch some right now... Wow, thanks everyone! ^_^ I finally got my question solved! I'll definetely watch it now. By the way, I think both commercials aired from 2003-05...I have a horrible memory. but within thoe years. The only reason I connected them, because they were both being sold in the same way. But I'm happy that I can see them now. Thanks again! |
