Suggestions for scary anime
|
Yo!! need help on anime titles that are scary..So far the scariest I've watched is Ghosthunt, I already have Nighthead Genesis (not scary more on paranormal psychic events),Vampire D, Blood X (not scary at all)...an anime that centers on ghost, etc? I've watched Hell teacher Nube before but I cant find any copy now anyway somewhere among those lines? I wanna add more scary animes i think i'm like sunako-chan from yamato nadeshike who likes scary stuff, hahaha! Onegai shimasu!!!  |

Higurashi no naku koro ni.... definitely! A season 2 for this anime is now ongoing... |

higurashi no naku koro ni... to me it isn't scary but i dunno why everybody thinks it's scary... 2nd season isn't as scary as season 1 but it reveals a lot of truth..

Gakkou no Kaidan? Pretty scary, though it won't give you goosebumps like Higurashi no naku Koro ni... Or Kodomo no Jikan... Its scary in a way XD |

Elfen Lied is kinda scary... at least in my opinion. You never know who is going to get his/her head exploded in the next scene. If you are new to blood and gore, it will definitely scare and shock you.  |

i tink maybe ghost hound may be scary, haven seen it be4 but the comments from many other people gave me that impression.

bloot + is pretty scary. just the first few episodes though. dragon ball z used to scare me when i was young. XD  |

*agrees with JaydeL* I haven't even seen the two seasons yet, but I know a lot about them each. Second season is called "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai", I think.

Recommended series for horror lover : -Higurashi no naku koro ni (scary and lots of blood) -Higurashi no naku koro ni kai (same as above) -Ghost hunt (ghost and exorcism, some of the episode really give me cold chill in my spine)   |

I would suggest Serial Experiments Lain and Boogiepop Phantom. Lain is pretty creepy, but I think Boogiepop Phantom is scarier (I guess because it's more violent). But Lain can get pretty scary without a lot of violence and what's cool about the series is you really have to pay attention to the small details in every episode and piece them together to totally get what's going on. There's a part in Lain where it looks like this girl's face is screaming, smiling, and decomposing at the same time. I remember the first time I saw it, I kept thinking I heard weird sounds in my house. XD |

| I thought XXXholic was pretty creepy. (escpecially that episode in the holiday house where there was no window and suddenly there was...still gives me the creeps) |

I would agree with everyone and suggest Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I would also suggest Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl), Ghost in the Shell, and Akira. They are not scary but they are dark and creepy at times.  |
