Mp3 Uploading Question

I just want these questions answered so I can help with the uploading process and make life easier to the people who regulates them. I've tried to look around the Help section of the forum to find answers but to no avail. 1. How should the file be named? Currently I adopted this version "Song Title -Anime Title- Song Type.mp3" Is there a standard format that would make the people in charge of the process lives easier? 2. How should the mp3s be encoded? (Provided they are at least 256Kbps) Currently I do a VBR 9 encode with a min and avg at 160Kbps and max at 192Kbps. If there's a normal setting that you guys use, I can change my settings so it'll match yours to make life simpler. (I've noticed this since the ones I uploaded isn't the same size as the ones in the amusic database) 3. What version of ID3 Tags should be used? I use either V1 or V2. This was partially answered in the latest thread, but not fully. I prefer V1 since it's more compatible to most players that are older, when uploading to the database. Would it be okay to add a Album Art to the mp3 as well? Thanks. SkyL  |

1. its up to you. doesn't matter much to me. that way is as good as any. 2. perfect. 3. right now, ID3 tags are not checked or edited, but album art is unideal as it significantly increases file size.
