Need a little help...

Yo Gendou man, was wondering if you can clue me in on how to do this one problem:

It wants me to find the frequency of the generator and gives me the period of 0.08 seconds for both A (2.8A at it's highest point) and V ( 99V at it's highest point). Don't have the picture of it but I know it has to do with capacitance since A is ahead (90 degrees) of V. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like a trick question to me.
The amplitude and phase of the wave are inconsequential to the period and frequency!

Problem: Find the frequency Æ’ given the period t = 0.08s
Æ’ = 1 / t (definition of Frequency)
Æ’ = 1 / 0.08s
Æ’ = 12.5Hz

Ha!

Thanks a lot. This teacher loves giving out numbers we don't need to throw up off. Now I feel stupid to see how easy it is..;__;
