Does anyone know what the state of play is with Geneon? Since they announced the closure of their western anime operation, I've been stalking various websites for all their older DVDs while I can - but what's happening about the series they seem to be abandoning right in the middle, like the phenomenal Karin? Best series of 2006 for me, that was - I'd be gutted if nobody picks the last 3 volumes up! K1
That's the call, that's the game, and the Magic/Dolphins/Black Cats lose again...

You can find this one ANN somewhere. I remember reading a little bit of it when finding out about the School Days tragedy in Japan. From what I read, they're trying or "tried" to join up with ADV. I'm not sure how ADV responded, but you can check below for some more information on the situation. Ah, right - I was going off of what I saw on Wikipedia, and that's not changed for a while. From what I read, the Geneon/ADV deal fell through.
