Could be from Blood+ (one of the comments mention 'le chevalier d'eon') but I'm not sure either. The music is BEAUTIFUL!!! I extracted it (as .mp3) from the .flv file with FLV Extract at http://www.moitah.net/ If you find anymore music like this in youtube, please post the links! :) |

It is most likely an insert or background OST from Le Chevalier D'Eon (D'Eon the Knight).. the song/composition is by Oshima [ ミãƒãƒ« ] ^-^ It certainly is a nice composition.    |

Could it be Michiru Oshima? She did a GREAT job with the Godzilla soundtrack she did some years ago (Godzilla Vs. Megaguirus) |

Yea, it's Oshima Michiru! She also did a lot of great compositions for video games and some anime. :] |
