having problems with downloading music

well as the title states, i need some help...when i click on a song to download, the window with the options "open", "save", or "cancel" pops up....I click on the "save" option, but instead of another window popping up asking me where I want to save the song, it just flashes and disappears....then when I try to download the song again, I get the "wait 10 seconds between downloads" page...so I wait, click on the song again, and the same thing happens...it doesn't just happen with one song...it happens with EVERY song I try to download... sooo what's going on?.... *note: I also tried using the "save target as" to save it, but the same thing happened for that too...

Problem: Your browser is sending multiple GET requests. Solution: Disable download accelerator or use a different browser.
