What's wrong with Gendou download for music?

| Recently I've received a lot of warning for not waiting for 10 seconds between downloads.However, the problem is I always download the next music when the previous music file has finished the download process.Besides, it seems the warning also increase randomly as I received my 17th warning after being warned the 8th time.Nevertheless, the process happens consecutively!How can the number of warnings increase drastically!I would hope that other Gendou members to try and look at these problem whether this problem occurs to anyone of you too. Thank you for your consideration. |

I don't get such warnings throughout my downloading spree ^^ . I kind of wonder , did you actually wait for more then ten seconds after your downloading is finish before begining another download ? It might be this problem or it might be that your internet connection has some problem catching up with your super speed downloading ^^ ? Anyways , I'm not sure whats really the problem with those warnings but we are NOT supposed to get such warnings when it comes to downloading songs. Try refreshing the page , or you could pause a moment then resuming the downloading spree ^^ . P.S : The thread title you've put , .... well .... , you're in big trouble from what I know , or should I say , you're so dead meat :P . |

Uhhh, you might wanna rethink the title of this thread. If the event is as you say, then maybe you should check to see if any download accelerators are active on your computer. If they are, deactivate them, so as to save gendou the bandwith, you the warnings, and you any further troubles. I agree with Angelus, though, you're USDA Certified Dead Meat >.< |

You better be careful indeed. 50 warnings and you might get those dLing privileges revoked or something. There are rules to how to properly dL and song, and what to do during the dLs, etc. with dLing music on this forum. The songs aren't going anywhere, so waiting is not that stressful.

I use an orbit Download accelerator to mainly grab flash files and imbedded videos, but since I can''t use download accelerators here, I cancel the download if the orbit icon if it shows up to try and get the download. But even though I cancel the attempted download by orbit, it still shows up as flooding. Which is when I tried to shut it down, but somehow, I can't seem to download (through left click, save as) without it still saying that I'm flooding even though the Orbit icon doesn't show up for it. Anyone got any ideas?

either uninstall the thing or see if you can use a different browser that isn't using the accelerator. Firefox never chocked on me so far. IE7 has worked too if you aren't using that yet. That's about all I know about accelerators. I never used an accelerator cause I do the tweaking myself. @razor Nice Suigintou sig |

I agree with SkyL about it . Try uninstalling it . If you got the installation wizard for that , it won't be a problem . I got a Quicktime Download Accelerator with me , but never once 'touch' it :P , since download accelerators seems to make downloading even worse . Instead I use the torrent and sometimes do the 'tweaking' too XD . thanks for the comments ^^ . |

| =.=i cant download a song for no reason then they told mi to wait den i pressed back back back =.= den total up 5 warnings adi >.< best way dun use any accelerator incase get virus or sumting but if u duno hw to stop the download accelerator u might try to delete it..then download again when u need it |

I can't download anything as well... Before, I was able to download but that was a long time ago... Just this week, I was trying to download but I really can't.. I don't have accelerators... I just can't download... Errors pop whenever I try to download... Help me please...

I'm having a similer problem. I am using only Explorer 7, and have nothing even resembling a DL accelerator or the such installed. Also, I've not downloaded anything, it gave me the warning on the first song I clicked on. Zeran , I've said it before and DA said it before . And there's a reason why the thread was locked . Your problem is just a simple , similar one which can be easily resolved . Just right click and save as , that's it . It will come out the error at times , so do be patient >< . I too am using IE7 and I don't have such problem . Why you ? Oh , yes , the reason why the thread was locked ? Simple ..... Read the god damn FAQ and RULES for crying out loud XO !!! EDIT : It's not fair that SkyL use big fonts >~< . So , the next person who ask the damn same thing , there goes my big fonts !!! And I'm longing for it !!! |

yes Sky is right... i log on using a psp and if i just click on a song an error sign comes up but when i right click i get the song... just quit complaining...  Part of the new age Gendou RP veterans: Kira, Rukia, KM Revolution, Smoker, Avian, L, and Ryu. |

i had de same problem and right clicking it does not work at all... =( the same error msg still appears...and the no of warning i get kip incresing like mad when i ahd only tried 5 times... pls anyone can help out with this... =( |

wolf, you are using a maxonline.com.sg proxy shared by thousands of other people. each IP address may download up to 4 songs at a time (subject to change, check the FAQ), no exceptions for overpopulated proxies. this is a policy decision that has been made by me with full understanding of the situation. this decision is in the best interest of ALL users, because without the restriction, this server would simply crash due to download accelerators in a heartbeat. if you still feel like complaining to someone, go complain to your ISP because they're the ones that have you stuck behind the proxy.
