Dead laptop i think

Well my friend has recently bought an ASUS z9jm and it worked very well for 2 months. But one day it restarted during a network file transfer and now it locks-up after 5 seconds on the boot-up. Sometimes it loads into Windwos but locks up there and it also locks up in Bios sometimes what could be the problem?  |

hmm.. maybe it could be your hardware problem.. try asking the department from where u bought the laptop.  |

Problem solved. My friend said before his sister gave the laptop to him she dropped it like a 6 or 7 inches from the table and somehow that dismounted the RAM form it's mount and that's what caused the Lock-ups |

should be more cautious when handling a laptop. but the good thing is, the laptop is not dead.  |

lol yea especially wen it costed $1800 i don't think he wants that to happen a again. |
