Wow, that narrows it down to like ones I can hardly remember:

Party Join Us, Crayon Shin-chan's dub

A Smile That's a Bomb, Yuu Yuu Hakusho's dub

Sailor's Intro (lol, pretty catchy back when I was younger, don't remember the title though; Sailor Moon's dub)

All of these except the last one, I'm still trying to find the full version of if a full version exists.
At this point around, I don't think so.
It's pretty ironic that their Japanese original versions are all really good. XD
Out of the three here, I like "A Smile That's a Bomb" or "Hohoemi no bakudan" best (YYH).

I also remember those Pokemon dub IN(s) and ED(s), too, lol.
Not favorable, but yeah, you know.
Although, I think I did like one of the IN.
For the Johto^? league or something, I forget. ^_~`

Brings back memories. I've seen every Pokemon movie, to this day even. >XD

its not exactly in English but its a mix of both Japanese and English.
