C Programing MinGW Help

I go this book that will teach me C becouse i plan to take a class that teaches me C++ this year in school. its easier to learn C then C++ instead of jumping straigt into C++ it tells me to go here sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2435 to get the MinGW that will alow me to do C programing on my computer since it doesnt have the GCC or GNU C compiler can anyone tell me how to install this becouse then i went to the site and it had a butload of stuff i didnt understand supposedly i was supposed to go to www.mingw.org/download.shtml for details on how to download?? anyone know what to do |
