Help please

| I just got a new e-mail address so I've been switching my old one with the new one on all of my accounts. I went to change this one but found out I need to e-mail an admin who will change it for me(thats right, currect?). Well, sadly I don't know who's an admin and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? |
