Hi minna-san~! Like the title suggests, can anyone recommend any good footie/soccer animes? I dun mind if it's old or new.. as long as it's good XD Onegai-shimasu~! Arigatou gozaimasu~! XD

hmm.. i'm not sure about the diff types of football or soccer. but i think if i'm right about that, it should be eyeshield 21  |

eeeto... Eyeshield 21 is a good recommendation, but it's American football, which is different from football as the rest of the world knows it XD What I'm referring to would be known as soccer in the US. But thanks anyhow~! XD

hmmm... "Aoki Densetsu Shoot!" ish good.. eventhough it's an old anime.. I've read all of the manga series.. and now watching the anime ^^

oh yeah.. Whistle ish great too.. but.. the chara is still a small kid xDD junior high school.. [prefers highschool soccer because the chara isn't in their 'chibi' mode anymore] but overall,, whistle ish great.. ^^

erk... soccer anime??? yah whistle ish good... but I think I've seen a show entitled "Hungry Heart"? and "Offside?"

minna-san.. thanks for all the recommendations so far XD *searches thru animedb* @keiri-san Offside? I remember reading the manga, was it about a 16 yr old genius who joined the Urakawa Red Japanese league team? And later went on to play in the Japan world cup qualifiers..? I din know they made an anime out of Offside.. XD
