Part of the song is warped?

I'm not sure if this is the place to put this, or if anything can be done, but it seems that parts of the song Cyclone by 12012 are...warped. This can be heard best at the start of the song. EDIT: To make sure it wasn't just a part of the song or something, I downloaded the song elsewhere. The change in pitch is not in the other file.

I downloaded the file again, and noticed the same issue. it is easier to notice when i listen to the one on this site right before/after the one i got elsewhere. Also, i would like to clarify that by warped i mean the song seems almost out of tune, like the whole pitch goes down for a second or two. First instance of the issue can be noticed about 10 seconds into the song.

Oh, wow, now I know what the problem is! Jeez, um, how do I put this... You're dumb? In other words, It's supposed to sound that way! The sound-pedal effects are most certainly intentional. Personally, I think the song sounds quote good with them. ^_^
