4 downloads at a time?

i recently tried to download "raison d'etre" and my comp screwed up and the page failed to load (why it opened up a new window anyway is a mystery to me). i'm sure this is a problem with my comp but, when i tried again to download the same song i got a message saying i was downloading 4 songs already. I'm sure somehow the song is still downloading but, i have no idea of how to stop the incomplete downloads.

To properly dL a song here on the site, you must

[Right Click + Save As]

You must also wait in between seconds while dLing 1+ songs at a time...
