Not according to ANN, it isn't. If ANN is wrong, please submit the correction to them. Before I will remove the song from the database, I will need to see some sort of evidence.

On youtube, they're saying Kutsu Himo is ED 2. I'll tell ANN.

Youtube user comments are not considered a "reputable source". There ought to be documentation of the song's title in the ending sequence.
