| hi, i'm new to gendou and i kinda need help. everytime i try to download a song, it says that the file can't be found. i tried what the FAQ/Help said, but it didn't really work, and i wanted to ask others before reporting it... can you help?? thanks |

I've downloaded three of those songs before with no problem, if that helps (haven't tried "Thank You" yet).
