Has anyone watched the OP scene for Lucky Star? Feels almost as if you're watching the ED scene for Suzumiya Haruhi Anyone seen the anime yet? Its Kyoto Animation's spring production with Hirano Aya being one of the seiyuus |

| Yeah I've seen it. Apparently I been hearing loads of people on the net complaining how the 1st episode was really hyped up, and that it wasn't that great. But I think its probably gonna turn into a good anime after seeing a couple more episodes. |

i found it quite boring.... it was disappointing. i was looking forward to it before (the anime lucky star), since its by kyoto animation, but ........ the op animation is high quality which is good, but i could not stand the song and the character actions..... "hare hare yukai" (from suzumiya haruhi....)is soooooooo much better in my opinion. the story of ep1 was just slooooow, chatting about their tips on extra knowledge and some other stuffs.... basically theres no storyline at all. well thats sort of difficult for them, because the original manga is 4 koma manga (four box manga). but anime of hidamari sketch (also from 4 koma manga) had a full story in each episode, so i was expecting that sort of setting for lucky star as well... but i guess i was wrong. but i will keep watching. hopelfully it will get better. |

LOL!!! that's why i was asying "was that Hirano Aya?" XD and as usual, her voice seems kind of bossy. XD anywhoo~! WOW!! The Animation was SMOOTH! just like what anything recent Kyoto Animation did. XD lol anywhoo!!! it was really fun!! i wanna watch the entire thing!!! but first... gotta know what it is about. XD

Yeah it seems pretty nice and you gotta love KYOTO! XD I never heard Aya in an anime even though I have Haruhi entire season dLed on my computer; not sure why I haven't watched it yet but I'll check out the anime (Lucky Star) sometime soon or so and get around to dLing it if it's not licensed and whatnot. If not, I'll just view the anime online somewhere.

yeah.. o.o Kyoto Animation is good! i mean.. awesome~ XD anywhoo~ err... a review said that LuckyStar is really random. first, they were talking how they eat, then maids, then how this pink haired girl would be cute with glasses, then ero-games... then they suddenly went to the saying "idiots don't catch colds" O.O err.. REALLY random. since it's from a 4-koma manga O.O and~ the genre is COMEDY and SLICE OF LIFE. one of my fave genres... O.o but i don't know how this anime can be a "slice of life" kind of anime. o.o lol

Who knows, the randomness can possibly be very entertaining or funny? XD the genre is COMEDY and SLICE OF LIFE. Hmm, not common I hear that type of Genre nowadays. I've heard it before, but er... yeah. ^_^' So far, I can guess it's a 'comedy'. The intro's so funny, weird, etc. though, lol.

@Maia,randomness is one of the reason why i enjoyed it XD. how that chocolate bread can be referred to a seashell...or a caterpillar O_o...idiots catching colds...and why we all hate sports cause it takes over anime air time *_* |

I did a quick search for the anime on YouTube before I went to sleep. The first episode was there; not sure about the rest though. I didn't do a search for torrents, so I'm not sure about that as well.

talking about its op...anyone interested in the Touhou version? anyways, only 1 episode are out in subs for now...as for where to get them, you should try torrent sites like baka-updates or animesuki |

Lol, YouTube is cutting the episodes by parts. >.< and i hate that because it'll ruin the show. XD anywhoo~ if you want to see the whole epsidode without those annoying part by part shows go to: crunchyroll.com you have to register first though... o.o oh~ and like what Kay said, only 1 episode is out. o.o dun dun dun duuuuuuuun!!! @Kay: "why we all hate sports cause it takes over anime air time" XD LOL! what a very god reason. bwahahahaha!!! @escape: i agree... the dance is like haruhi's but the drawing isn't. o.o err... the colors are more smoother now.. and the animation! kyaaaaaa~! 91284921341823 over 10! :3 lol.

So, Lucky Star is still pretty new I suppose. Maia-san:: Are the other anime like this; I never really tried another anime since I stoppped visiting the site 'n' all. Yeah, you have to donate to view it on the larger screen and I'm not getting closer to my monitor to view it.
