Has anyone played this enough to give a statement about it? I havent played Phantasy Star games before and I'm thinking about trying Universe since I heard it can play single player offline and that'd suit me more than the online gameplay. Another question being, I heard different people say that you still need to pay for offline account and some people say you just need an online connection to validate your copy for offline. Can anyone clarify this? Much appreciated thanks. |
