Anime Episodes on the site!

I haven't been on the site for quite a while and it was a nice surprise to find anime episodes! I suppose the admin/mods upload the episodes, right? Not sure if there's already been a discussion on this, but what do you think of letting users upload episodes? (I realize it will probably be chaos for the admins - not to mention server costs - but humour me)
Tried to save myself but myself keeps slipping away...
