I have a problem with downloading

I read your FAQ about music. But the problem is when i go to download a song now it says i have to wait ten seconds between downloads and warns me. But I am only trying to download one song and no others. Even if I just logged in like a moment ago it says this to me. This happened yesterday when i tried to download the song and i can't figure out why it won't let me. This is also the first time I have ever had this problem I am so confused please help. Thank you |

you clearly aren't following the download directions.
