BSOD I can only start in safe mode. Help?

My AlienWare laptop suddenly turned off and when I try to go to my os it just has this Blue Screen that says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and delete any new hardware and software that you have added, then it restarts again. Well, I've deleted all of the things that I have put on this laptop since last week and this happened yesterday. I installed a new os so I could try to fix it and see if there were any viruses, but Norton 2007 came up empty. So did my registry mechanic. Also, while scanning it ran into a file called viamraid. It froze on this file, any thing wrong here? It shouldn't freeze on any file, but is this one different? My new os that I have installed... its internet is really buggy. Like when I scroll down it looks like it refreshes every screen. I've ran out of options as far as my knowledge can take me. Can anyone help me? Btw, System Restore doesn't work. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me fix this.

Thanks for the help. I learned what it was through the sites and I was able to fix it. It was my Windows Blinds, Its installation was messed up somehow. It's fixed, so if anyone else has this problem use those sites for help. There very good! Thanks a lot for the help.
